Project Overview
Andanga helps Indian boutiques digitise day-to-day operations: stitching and alteration orders, customer profiles, billing and payments, catalogues, logistics with pick-up and drop, and business insights—so owners can grow beyond the physical store without drowning in spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

The Challenge
Research with boutique operators surfaced three friction points we addressed in product and UX—before a single high-fidelity screen shipped.

Repeat customers and alterations needed history in one place. Without a single profile view, service slowed and upsell opportunities were missed.

The prior experience did not feel credible for payments and data. Boutiques needed a calm, professional interface that matched how seriously they take their craft.

We structured IA around jobs to be done: capture orders, track status, invoice, and fulfil logistics—so the default path matches a busy store floor, not a marketing funnel.

Typography, spacing, and states were tuned for clarity on everyday devices—reducing errors on money and dates while keeping Andanga's brand warmth.

Microcopy and empty states explain what happens next (payments, pick-up and drop, support)—building the confidence boutiques need to move work online.
